Tackle & Guns 2011

Well another year has gone by and this weekend we had a trip down to this year’s Tackle & Guns trade show, where we got to see all the tackle that 2012 will have to offer (Tackle & Guns is the largest trade show in the UK and is for trade customers only), the turnout was good! the major company that we was excited to see was Fox with their new match brand Matrix, which has been developed by Ricky Teal, The products looked good and I'm sure they will only get better as Ricky settles in his new role as product developer at Matrix. The carp products that Fox are going to be launching over the next few months are also worth a mention. I was blown away with their new black chunky (but light) buzz bars and bank sticks, the new 12000 XT big pit reel was getting a lot of attention from the crowds! We really do think Fox is moving forward with the products they had on show this year.

We also got to see new poles from Sensas which looked and felt the part and will definitely be finding their way on to our shelves. There were also new quick change feeder systems which looked great from MAP along with a handy new case that will hold your MAP meat cutter plus its extra blades. There were also some new luggage additions from Nash Tackle along with that big double indulgence bed which you may have heard about. There you have it just a small handful of the products that will be available in the next few months, we really think some of these new products will do well and that you will agree with us when you get your hands on them.
